Hi I didputed an unvalidated account with Credit Conrtol Services (OC is Progressive insurance our current carrier) on Experian. I disputed it as never paid late now the dumb thing has come back as a paid collection....argggg....is it better to pursue Experian with a procedural request or go nuts on credit control services and risk them finding validation....( I think it might be for a bounced check but I don't really remember for sure) ? I'm getting really frustrated here but making progress slowly.. TIA Jamie
If you can get the investigation procedures from Experian I want to here about it! ) You should always try, it is your right under the FCRA, but I have very little faith in you actually getting it...
