I filed an on-line dispute with TU for four accounts 6/13:

    Cap1 (open)- 3-30 day lates, 1 â?? 60
    Target (closed by me)- 2 - 30, 1 - 60, 1 â?? 90
    Citibank(closed by them) â?? 1 â?? 60
    Macyâ??s â?? Included in BK

Checked on WK this morning, Target and Citi show never late and Macyâ??s has been deleted, but Cap1 was also deleted. I now have no OPEN revolving accounts on TU, I do have a one year old car payment (never late).

Will it add back the next time they report, or is it off forever?? If it is off forever should I try for GM or something (EQ is clean, it they pull that in Calif.) to get another CC on my report??

    Thanks to all,

The only way they can get back on (legally) is if the creditor cponfirms to the CRA in writing the truth of the re-post and the CRA notifies you within 5 days that it is going back on. If that procedure is not followed to the letter you can sue the CRA.
