   upfront credit cards, sent two bt payments to citibank. Up front wanted to charge the second one on my acount ,I said no.But call citibank who sent me back a check. upfront charge my account anyway I got hit with finance charges .I TOLD THEM NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What can I do I have call twice but she not in.
