Just received a report from loan officer with the mortgage scores: When I pulled them the same day the scores were: EQ- 695 EX-684 TU-772 The scores the loan officer sent are: EQ- 695 EX- 679 TU-680 So there is a BIG difference between the score that TU gives us and the one that they give lenders. I'm not sure what the cut-off for a good score vs bad score with the report that they give lender's though. Anyway, just thought I would share since people always want to know the difference in the one they pull and the one lenders pull. Talk to you all later!
It irritates me that the TU score is not representative. How do they get away with that? Isn't the whole idea to let consumers know what they are reporting? I'm in favor of small government, but this makes me want new legislation.
