Few days ago I got a 3 Bureau Report from Qspace. The EQ shows "Sept 2003: 30 days late" for my MBNA account. I went to Equifax and got my CR directly from them. Doesn't show any late payments. So, the million dolar question is: how come I get different results on different CRs? I called MBNA, they said they didn't have any records for a late payment. Because of that I have to contact EQ, dispute the TL, so EQ can contact MBNA and clear it up. So, the bonus question is: how do I dispute the TL, if EQ CR doesn't show anything to be disputed? That should keep you busy for awhile ...
i would say you get ahold of qspace first and ask them that question. it seems like their problem and not equifax.
