diner's club qualifications

    I'm thinking of applying for a diner's club card:
    -Does anyone know the credit qualifications? Any experience on what CRA they pull?

    -Does anyone know if diner's club and citibank are closely affiliated now that a perfect long-term citibank account will help in my application?

    Denied 677 Equifax - No derogs, bunch of new accounts and inquiries.

    25K in citibank mastercard
    1K in citibankusa retail

    Go figure?

    I have Diners Club for almost a year. When I applied for Diners and I have no negative on my credit report. I have 3 Citibank accounts with them. They pulled credit from TransUnion. Now they charged $95 annual fee for Diners Club Charge Card and they have Montage Card with no annual fee. Diners Club hasn't reported account history to any credit bureaus. Diner's Club Montage Card like Amex Optima Card and you can carry over balances.
