I have account with them over 3 years. They gave me on the start CL of 2,500$. After 3 years of every month payment in full on time and after using this card every month, I called customer rep â?? asking them to increase my CL and to lower down APR since this CL is funny especially since my utilization is almost 70% every month. They said we are not able to do this manually over the phone, we are going to mail form so you could request CL increase. The form came, I fill it out send it back and after 2 weeks I got their reply: â??We are unable to process this request since the current policy of our Bank does not allow for INDIVIDUAL credit line increase requests.â? Helloooooooo, what is wrong with this Bank?!!! What does this mean??? They are so stupid! Iâ??m going to close account with them as soon as possible, obviously they donâ??t need my business and 700 to 1,000$ every month payment.
YOU can't request one...WE can give you one... BUT WE WILL SEND YOU PAPERWORK TO FILL OUT AND STILL SAY WE DON'T DO IT THAT WAY...BECAUSE WE ARE IDIOTS!!! HELLOOOOOOO
