That's very strange Tara. I was never able to use the directmerchantsbank.com in the past. I was only able to use the dmccb.com url. However, when I tried the way you stated, it did come up for me also. That's weird!
I have a card with them too. I have been using their website all the time to review my account activity. But I tried several times, but all I get is "Connection Refused" message. Scares me. Did the same thing happen to you folks, also.
