I ran across something that surprised me - maybe someone here can answer this: I use Quicken to keep track of my finances (!), and while looking at the Overview section for my Direct Merchants Bank account, noticed that the Online Access line read "Available, Not Enabled". When I clicked the link to set it up, Chase's name and logo was on the page. So I went back a page, and Chase is indicated as the financial institution. Apparently, Quicken has a way to determine who the card issuer is, according to the first few digits of the account number. I know I didn't put that there; for example, Home Depot's FI shows as Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia. Has something happened between Chase and DMB that I missed, or did Quicken make a mistake?
