I've read a bit about cell phones being a "special" two-year SOL under federal law, so I thought I'd ask about satellite equipment. I have an entry on my credit report for unreturned equipment ($500) to DirecTV. What is the SOL for litigation relating to any unreturned equipment charges?
As I recall, DirectTV's offerings are done by written contract. That being the case, the SOL for written contracts in your state would apply.
