Has anyone that applied on-line and didn't get instant approval, get approval eventually either by mail or email?
The same thing happened for me also. I did get an email that they had received my app. and it required further processing. It took about 1-2 days for it to be in the system. They could not even find an app. at first when I called to check on it. I got about 2 emails before it was approved. When I applied in Feb. and was denied they didn't bother to email me. All it said was I would hear something in 2 weeks. If you received an email that might mean they are really processing it. If not, then it may mean it's not approved. But, I could be wrong so just wait and see.
