I was an AU on a Discover account. Back in Feb. I removed myself as AU. They said they would send an update to the 3 CRA's to keep the history of the account but show it as closed on my report. This showed up correctly on Equifax over a month ago. Experian and Trans Union still don't show this update. I keep calling Discover about this and they say they have sent the update but Experian and Trans Union must not be processing it. What do I need to do now to get this updated? I can't get ahold of anyone at Trans Union and Experian. All I get is automated lines to report fraud or order my report. PS. I forgot to add that I am scared to just dispute these throught the CRA's because they are good payment histories with no lates. I am afraid if I dispute them, the CRA's will just delete them. If they were to be deleted how much would that affect my score. Also, would I dispute them as "not mine"?
