    is it just me or do you all keep getting balance transfer checks/conveinence checks (which are anything but conveinent) in the mail on a regular basis?

    Mine usually come with my statement, but I just tear them up. It seems since they have added that balance transfer fee they are more generous in giving out checks. :)

    I have never gotten any checks from Discover, and my account is 22 months old. Now if someone could stop MBNA's check blizzard, I'd be happy.

    They tried to give me 9.90% with a fee of $29.00...the rep laughed when I said that was a JOKE!!!

    I GUESS SHE ALSO KNEW IT WAS A JOKE...

    She gave me 5.90% NO FEE.

    It needs to be paid by 03/26/2002

    They are offering me 9.90% with a $29.00 FEE again!!!
