I'm using them for 0 percent until April, too. Am considering using a Citibank preapproval for 0 percent and no BT fee until March 2004 for the Discover balance when the time comes. Discover ups my limit once a year without me asking, but I almost never carry a balance because the 12.99 percent rate is too high. That said, the rate used to be 14.99 percent, which was REALLY too high. Mo
To get a lower rate, you may wanna try: 1. Calling Discover's Retention 1-800-347-2911, 1-888-347-3750; or 2. Switching to Discover Titanium (at 9.99% "go to" APR but no cash-back bonus). Generally, revolving a balance on Discover is not recommended, as they use 2-cycle billing. Saar
