   Does Discover have a blacklist? Does Citibank? I am curious.. Before I had Discover, and another from them.. both were discharged. Ialso have the Ford Citibank card and also was discharged.
   
   Will I be able to open an account with them again or is there a similar blacklist as does AmEx have? Thanks..
