discover do 2 hard inquiries to me in this month They sent me applition for gold,I filled it out and sent back.After that,I want to upgrade it to plat,so called to their rep to apply now I got the gold discover already,but plat still in process. But 2 inquiries is not good for me,totally I got 4 inquires in 6 months is that possible to waive one of the two if I cancel the apply for discover plat? I'm new here,thx for any help
It DEPENDS...DISCOVERCARD might RE-CODE the second one...THEN AGAIN PROBABLY NOT... The CRA will DELETE duplicate inquires with-in 30 days of each other (SOMETIMES) "IF" you cancel the PLATINUM application...you still have 2 inquires!!! Try the CRA FIRST...("IF" there are 2 inquires in the same 30 day period)
thx for help because I'm new here,still need to understand some details how to connect CRA in this case? by phone or by mail? If by mail,what format should the letter be?what personal info do they need?
