I noticed the CRA/Bank list does not show Discover as checking Experian. I applied recently and checked my CreditExpert and an inquiry appeared from Discover. My CreditExpert score was 725 and the inquiry dropped it 4 points to 721. I did not get an instant approval and as far as I know, did not get approved. It just stated (on-line) it will take 2-4 weeks to process app and send the card.
