I got a pre-approved for Discover private issue.The APR is fixed 11.99%.Is this card better than Discover Platinum ? Thanks.
I thought they stopped issuing the Private Issue, but obviously not if they sent you an offer. I carry the Discover Platinum and don't have any complaints about it. My interest rate is 14.99%, but that doesn't come into play because I use the card for gas, groceries and pretty all the normal monthly stuff you incur. I then pay the entire bill each month. I get a little back on the cashback bonus, $200 last year. In a nutshell I like my Discover Platinum. Regards, JP
