What does Discover look for on an application?I don't know how to get approved from them. I have applied w/them before but got turned down due to my BK. but that just fell off of TU recently and is not showing up anymore. I know that they have pulled my TU, which is my best. I am hoping to do a balance transfer and close out my Providian accounts. I just got approved for a Citibank VIsa, which was great. I paid off and am planning on closing out my First Premier accounts. I wrote a goodwill letter to First Premier and they didn't remove my late pays from 1999. So, I paid them off completely and am planning on closing them out within the week. See if I show them GOODWILL. HA!
