   Quick little tip if you are ever sued by a CA. If they have committed any FCRA or FDCPA violations in the collections process, you can defend the suit using Doctrine of Clean Hands.
   
   This simply means that the plaintif has acted illegally in the matter of his complaint that is before the court.
