I just received two of my goodwill letters back from two of my store CC's and they both said that were sorry to hear that I had some trouble in the past, but they could not remove the lates from my CR. That they as a creditor must report factual information to all CRA's. But suggested that I put a comment under the TL on my reports explaining my situation....................BUMMED!!!!!! Anyone else, run into this wall?
