Hello everyone, Ive been looking all over for an answer to this question. I have a bankrupcy chapter 7 on my credit reports from 1997. I filed for the bankrupcy but never went thru with it. On my credit report it does say dismissed bankrupcy. So I didnt know if there was anyway of getting that of earlier then the 10 years...thanks for any help you can give
There are ways to remove bks, but it is very difficult/next to impossible. I'm not familiar with it, but I know that some of the members here have accomplished it. If I recall correctly it does seem to become somewhat easier the older the bankruptcy is.
