    SHE WAS VERY NICE!!!

    HOW WEIRD!!!

    GOOD THING I DIDN'T WRITE HER NAME DOWN!!! I'D HAVE TO REPORT HER FOR BEING NICE!!!

    My brother got his new Disney's Visa credit card today and it shows cardmember since Day 1.

    Geroge,

    Ten yrs ago, First USA is known for bad customer services and I guess they change when they acquired by Bank One.

    It just says "SINCE DAY ONE"

    Not SINCE 1996 or 1997 or 2003, etc

    I got mine 2 weeks ago and it just says "Charter Cardmember"

    George;I applied on the 25th called again yesterday and was finally approved cl was 9500 so just keep calling they will finally give in.:)
