Hello Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone could help me on a subject? I sent dispute letters to EX & EQ on 2/28/02. I received the green cards back on 3/7/02 and 3/13/02. The cards were stamped with dates, 3/5/02 and 03/12/02. It has now been over 30 days and I have not heard from either of them. My question is: What do I do now and which date do I go by, 2/28 or 3/7,3/12? Thanks, mtstaple
You go by the date they received it (the stamped dates). You can call, ask for the status of your investigation, let them know the 30 days is past and they should delete. Odds are that you will still receive your dispute results via mail. I don't think I ever got one back within the 30 days. In fact it was always 45 days or so. Figure 30+ days from the date they received the dispute plus a week or two for snail mail.
