Dispute all or partial?

I have a number of bad items on my report that are about five years old. One or two are mine, the rest appear to be my fathers (I am a Jr). I also have alerts for multiple names, with and without Jr. I've considered disputing them and am curious if I should do them all at once or a couple at a time as suggested on some other sites. If I dispute them all, are they likely to respond with a frivolous request message? If so, would it be better to simply wait until they drop off?

Some of the information that is not mine is actually good and dates back to when I would have been about twelve years old, so it should be easy enough to prove they are not my accounts.
