    Hi all!

I see that you can apply for credit (prime..I presume) even with derogs..as long as you an in dispute mode.

But what do lenders actually see when they pull a CR with 3 or 4 items in dispute? Does the score go up temporarily?

FICO Scores ignore anything in dispute... It acts just as if the tradeline had been deleted....

Who know with the other scoring methods... but lendors look at FICO anyway

Do they pull up the actual CR? If so, do they see missing derogs on the report?

When a lender pulls your report they still SEE the negatives, just has the notation this item is under investigation. The items are not factored into your score, atleast with EQ not sure of the others, but they are still plainly visible.

Now some banks just pull and get your score will approve if your score is enough, if it is questionable I think they would then take a hard look at your full report.

I agree with Momof3... They do pull a hard copy, but only look at it if the scoring falls below an auto approve range.........
