Getting back into correciton of my credit this new year, developing plan, glad this board is around. First order of business, picking up the pieces of last years early correction attempts. First up to bat: a dispute on a cingular account (not mine) disputed to CRA and validated against OC and CA. No response from CA and/or OC, and definitely hanging on my credit file 11 months later per CRA as "Consumer disputes". Steps? I think that intent to sue is next up. Can I recover violations? Am I a little too eager for this first step back into the process? TIA Oh Yeah: It's on all 3 CRA reports per PG.
