Looks like I'm going to have to go after Exp again for the same incorrect TL for which I won a judgment. I'm wondering if I have to dispute it all over again or if the judgment serves as a Go-Directly-To-Court card? I'm thinking that if I dispute it again, I can get punitive damages for willful violations. Thoughts?
I would think you could go directly to court and ask the court to enforce the judgment. Why mess around? You've already won. I certainly wouldn't give them a second chance.
That's what I'm thinking of doing. A motion to enforce the order, and asking for sanctions against Exp for $5000.
