Hi everyone. I've looked through the validation process and the faqs but it didn't answer my question, so I'm turning to you guys. Sorry if I've overlooked anything.

We recently received a letter from a CA about an outstanding due for my sister, who is currently out of the country and won't be back for a few months. We talked about it and she is certain she doesn't owe them anything.

Can I send one of the sample letters on her behalf in order to validate this debt? Should I change the wording to let them know I'm sending it on her behalf or just leave it as is?

    Any help's appreciated! Thanks.

So as long as I have written permission, I can sign for her?
