I have 3 disputes on 1 CR, from 3 different OC's. Should I include all of my "never late" disputes in one letter for all OC's, or one letter for each OC. I plan to send never lates to the CRA. Thanks
i always hate this question because there isnt a right or wrong answer. if your going after never late, you may want to do one at a time.
Also depending on how late you are you may be able to go to the creditor and ask them to remove the late status...you know go with that I've been a good customer never late before you mind remove this late payment and be honest tell them why you were late.
Thank you, the lates were in 2001 and 2002, and they were bank loans from a bank I am presently with, and have even taken another loan with.
i would ask them to remove them. do you have a particular banker you work with? maybe you could start there.
