if you dispute an item on your credit report online does today start the 30 days for investigation and do they still send you results by snail mail or do they email results?
exp will do both, the other 2 just snail mail. I usually start the 30 days on the next business day. so, if you did it early this am, I'd start the clock today. remember, they have an extra 5 days or so to mail you the results. don't forget to print so you have proof of the date!
there is really no time restraint. I have been going full blast since April. When one dispute ends,,,another begins.
Do you mean before you do another round? I usually waited until I got the results for one round, before starting again. I did have a couple of things overlap though, without a problem!
i disputed this one particular company with two items that for the life of me i dont know where they came from. EQ deleted TU friviolous EX verified I sent validation letter just before dispute (no answer) 42 days later i sent the your times up letter ( this was within the verification time frame at CRAs) now I am at 52 days still no answer i dont know if i should send 15 day estopple letter or not i think they are reporting as OC.
