I sent certified letter to Macy's/DNSB to cincinatti OH PO Box address, said it was sent back because address no longer any good, no forwarding address left. Are they just not accepting it or is there a good address to dispute Credit report errors.
Was the Cincinatti address their billing address - where you usually sent your payments to? Call up their 1-800 # and ask them for their customer service address.
