I know that this has been covered but I want to be sure. I am going to be disputing ONLINE. So does that still mean I want to start between the 5th and the 7th or should I do it earlier?
In order to get in the holiday "stream" of disputing, we have determined (by sampling opinion, no scientific basis) that the best time would be to have the CRA's get your dispute between the 5th and the 10th of December. So if you are doing a holiday dispute online, just do it between the 5th and the 10th...if you are snail mailing a holiday dispute, mail it a few business days (maybe a week or so factoring in the anthrax slow down of snail mail) before then. Give or take a few days and you should be ok...this really has no scientific basis, but lets record our results and see how we do compared to normal disputing...so keep track of how many accounts you dispute and to which CRA and we will share info in a month or so. -Peace, Dave
