I disputed a first premier charge off from 11/97 and the CRA's now updated to show DOLA 3/01 and charged off 3/01... any one else have this problem with them... the CRA's are experian and EQ..
No charge-offs, but I had MAJOR problems with Premier reporting me late when I wasn't.... they refused to correct the situation until I started calling them on a daily basis for a month straight and talked every rep and managers ear off. Essentially they kept insisting that they would refer it to their "credit reporting department" which I believe does not exist, or is completely and utterly inept. Instead of removing the lates, they eventually just took the whole darn tradeline off -- I guess it was the easier road. Customer service at Premier totally stinks.
