I disputed a credit item and it was removed from all 3 CB'S but when I checked my credit file two months later this item showhed back up on my experian credit report under another collection agent also with a different open date, is this legal.

Unfortunately, yes. The first CA probably sent it back to the OC, who farmed it out to a new CA. The Open Date is the date in which it is opened (assigned or sold) to the particular CA.

can I in anyway disputed this or will it remain on my credit file for seven year or could you give me some advice on what I can or should do

Sure you can dispute it...how is it reporting?

Dispute the date of status. No way it's reporting as the date it went thirty days past due with the original creditor. Experian is notorious for allowing this and it's damaging to your scores.

Request validation from the debt collector as well.
