    hello Well-Known Member

I had a gold charge card that was paid and closed, but the balance was still showing up on Experian. I disputed it online, now my platinum charge card is gone also from Exp!!

Why were both my accounts deleted? I want my Amex Platinum charge card to still show, and wouldn't mind my gold charge to show (if the balance showed $0 and paid; not my last statement balance).

I want my Amex platinum charge to show up on Exp, because I've charged over $10k a month on that card before and would like the "high credit" to reflect that. How do I get it back on there??

Amex is disappearing from many others Experian reports as well. I would call Amex.

My AMEX BLUE is gone from EXPERIAN because I wanted the REAL credit limit...NOT N/A!!!

I disputed two AMEX accounts on the experian website. Next to outcome it says Deleted. Does this mean that the AMEX accounts were entirely deleted from my report? One of them was a chargeoff that I was disputing and another one I was disputing because it said "No Status" Account under dispute under fair credit billing act" which I never disputed until now. They were both show as negatives on my experian report. So I am hoping that they are totally taken off of my report now and wont come back? Is that what it means when it says Outcome- deleted?

    Thanks!

EQUIFAX ("LOCAL AFFILIATE") told me that AMEX is scrambling their account numbers...BUT THAT ISN'T A REASON TO "ERASE" ALL OF THEM FROM EVERYBODY'S REPORT...

AmEx disappeared from mine also. They were not in dispute. Something's going on.

I posted about this last week. Amex told me that Experian is months behind it's updating... heh.
