I recently wrote a letter to Experian via BBB (complaint) along with a fax I sent to them. I applied for a dell last week-got the we'll get back to you. I know they pull Experian. There is no inquiry? I also applied for a Capital one-got the same response and no inquiry for that either. Do they ever block reports?
