I disputed a 30 day late on an old account that I have listed on my CR. Anyway the CRA came back with verified but it is now a CHARGED OFF ACCOUNT! It was reported as paid with a 30 day late BEFORE I disputed What a crock. I am sending a letter to the OC to see what in the world is up with this. I am also sending a procedure request to the CRA. I must say it seems all persons involved with your credit from the CA to the CRA try there best to stop you in your tracks so you do not wish to proceed with fixing up the ERRORS in your reports. All of the accounts that I am disputing really have real errors nothing made up and I am having a real tough time getting anything done. I will no doubt keep at it but I can see how people could get down about this whole process really quick. Just needed to vent.
