    Hello,

Anyone know if having too many or even one dispute/investigation occurring will effect the loan process? Do lenders turn the cheek, understand or frown? Is there a threshold to have too many in dispute at once?

    Disputes during the loan process?

Wow...everyone say dispute dispute dispute, but no knows how that very act effects you in the eyes of lenders? It would seem to be you would have to write letter to your new potential lender explaining why you're are disputing an account. Of course, they only want know so they can make some kind of judgment whether you're risk due to the derog. And, your honest answer would be "I'm just try to get it removed." Well, you would have to make up some other story, I guess. Anyone have this experience or do you just not get loans while you have accounts in dispute?

Should one cancel an investigation prior to the loan process?
