    Hi Guys/Gals,

I'm getting discouraged over my last online disputes with EX via Credit Expert. It's been over a week and only one of two items has come off. Since the other one keeps reporting "dispute in progess," I'm concerned that it will be verified. How many of you out there had a deletion just before the thirty days were up? Thanks.

Some of mine can take a few days, others have taken right up to 30 days. They are such morons; you never know what to expect.

It's my belief that even after the CRA gets verification that the item indeed needs to be deleted or cannot be verified, they will still keep it on your report till the last day just to be spiteful.

Or reinsert after the 30 days, don't notify you, then get idigninant when you point this little illegality to them.

some of the verification is done by snail mail, which is why it sometimes takes so long

My experience with all three of the CRA's is that they always take almost 30 days on a dispute. I have never had one acted on quickly.
