I disputed some items with the credit bur. and some medical collections and one credit card were deleted. I called the cb and asked if this was permanent and they told me that the ones that were deleted could be reported again by the collection agency. So...what is the point of disputing if they can put these charges back on?
Sam, don't ever listen to the CRA's they lie! Although it is possible to see things previously deleted come back, it's MORE LIKELY IT WON"T!! Of course they won't tell you that.
the CRA 's are supposed to notify you in five days of any reinsertation. if they do not, you have them on a fcra violation and can sue them for damages.
