what is the most successful way to dispute? By mail, internet or phone? I've gone through the mail with little luck but read somewhere that disputing online can produce better results.
I did both mail and online it work good both ways. You do save stamps and online is faster. So try online if it doesn't work write them,because sometime you have to send a strong letter.
I always go online for the rirst round as it costs nothing and is fast, but if that fails, I proceed with sending snail mail.
