I have one collection that I have not disputed but plan doing so which is currently listed by the CA as in dispute. What can I do? Can the CA legally do this and I haven't disputed. What should be my course of action? Sorry for so many question I just started yesterday.!!!!

I would do an online dispute with the CRA's first and see what happens. If you get lucky it will be deleted, if not, then I would send CRRR validation to the CA. See the sample letter forum for help with the validation letters.

I don't think the CA can do this "legally" but proving you did NOT dispute may be difficult. See what happens after you dispute it with the CRA's.
