Have a charge off that came back verified. The OC was paid in May, but still reported it as a charge off in both May and June. Also, the OC states I owed a balance of $980......but the original account balance was only $650 and the OC charged the account off within 120 days of delinquency. I don't see how I could have ended up with $330 in interest and late payment fees within 120 days. I was thinking about sending some mutated form of the litigious nutcase including the two reasons mentioned above as FCRA violations. Do you think I have a chance with OC to agree to delete paid charge off?
