    Anyone disputed associates national bank?
Lexington disputed them three times for me to no avail and I have tried on my own as well.

I worked with ameridebt and they screwed me. i have five latenesses on that account, one CRA lists me with having six and I only made two on my own.

    Anyone help?

Is the account still open or is it closed? I had some incorrect late pays on my reports when I had an Associates secured card. The dates on each report were even inconsistent.
My account was closed, but when I disputed the info with the bureaus, all late pays were removed on the first try. It is sometimes much easier to dispute late pays on a closed account as opposed to an open one. I don't think most companies want to waste the manpower to investigate.

When ameridebt screwed me, the account was closed, so i guess around april of 99 the account was closed. the balance was paid as of may 01.

Hmmm, not sure what to tell you about that one. Maybe you disputed too soon after it was closed? I didn't dispute mine for at least six months after closing. Maybe it was purged from their system then? Or it may be that since my account was secured, they don't validate those as much as unsecured ones?

Sorry, I wish I could give you some other suggestions. You may want to wait until at least 12 months after the closing date to dispute again. They will probably have the account purged by then since it is paid. Good luck!!
