Hey, just to let everybody know, I just got off the phone with a rep at Experian concerning my disputed BK. She told me that they send a letter out to the court to verify this information, they don't speak to a live person or use the automated phone system. They rely strictly on what the court rep sends back to them. And she said they don't show SS# to make it a definate match so how can they know for sure it is the right person? I will definately keep disputing.
