Hi Everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has had success with disputing a BK? I have had all tradelines at TU deleted that pertained to the BK. What kind of chances do I have at getting this off? It has been almost 5 years since the bk. How would I got about disputing it also? TIA Retta
It's one of the toughest one to get deleted. I have tried and it has always come back verified. But you never know. Try to see if there is anything that is not correct ie: file number, amount owed, date of filing etc. etc Best regards, Mirage

After all the tradelines associated w/ the BK are deleted, delete the address you had when you filed (if you no longer live there). Then dispute *first* as "not mine". (Worked on hubby's) I disputed dates and other stuff on mine. It took 3 tries on TU to get it deleted. Both my BK7 (now over 10 anyway) and my BK13 (1998) deleted off EX during CHOD. BK13 still on EQ. EQ deleted the BK7 1.5 months early. Good luck
