I have been reading ALOT here and amazed that all this actually works... I just got my discharge from Bankruptcy , Jan 3rd - 06 ... Ordered credit reports and I disputed everything on them that was Negative.. they were wrong anyways they had balances , still open accts, I did report Not mine which was scary.. I hope I can not get in trouble for this but from reading everything on here this is the only way... What has been the outcome to anyone that has disputed this please let me know? I would have to say disputing the BK was the scariest... Please let me know if or what happened when you guys did this and how many times do I have to dispute on average? I have to say all you guys and girls have some great info I am just a open book right now.. Trying to rebuild credit fix credit report and start over. Thank you for all your help...

I'm going to wait 2 years to dispute my BK items. I can't afford to borrow money, so I will wait until after I get my car paid for and my wife back to work or a few raises... it will matter then.
    About disputing...
During my previous credit repair oddyssey:
I had a 2-yr-old medical collection item that validated on my credit report. 12 times. The 13th dispute, they forgot to validate and the trade line went away forever.
My 5 year old paid-off Wells Fargo card? 3rd dispute was the charm.
A 3-yr-old paid medical collection? Dropped off on the first dispute.

Your really made a fatal mistake in disputing everything as not mine. You just sent the CBR's a huge red flag. You never do that. You start with the oldest negative tradelines and dispute a few at a time. If you have old addresses associated with these then dispute the old addresses.
