I have a question regarding Experian and disputing online. Here is the situation:

I disputed 2 items on my report and they came back verified. Now, the online system will not let me re-dispute them with a different reason. What can I do? Am I allowed to re-dispute? Should I do this thru the mail? I need help. I have removed 8 late pays and 3 collection accounts from this report and I am down to my last 3 negatives and need to get them off!!!

Thanks in advance to anyone with any insight.

Have your tried disputing through their website with a different report #??

Not sure if it would work, but it's worth a try...

FYI, besides being denied the chance to redispute online, Experian sent me a one page deal ("Correction Summary") telling me that certain items were previously investigated. So, I am going to request proof of their initial investigation which I know that they don't have.

This is a trip. They flat out REFUSE to reinvestigate!

Oh, this was after trying to redispute online twice, and finally sending in a paper dispute.

So, should I go ahead an try to dispute via the paper route?

Can anyone dispute online or do you need to sign-up for their online credit reports?

You can dispute online if you order your credit report online thru their site.
