Can someone tell me again how to correctly dispute inquiries without getting my account flagged as fraud alert> Also some of them are mutliple inquiries within a week for an auto loan, and some are from companies such as Colletech??? I dont' even have a charge off or anything from that company. Oh, I did get my bankruptcy removed from all 3 CRA's. Woohoo I went from 466 FICO to 473. I have a LONG way to go.

I disputed a judgement recently with Equifax and it came back removed. Just disputed as "Not Mine" and I guess they were too cheap or too lazy to check. The local court clerk informed me their office does not do checks, the CRA has to pay someone to come in and review the records. Locally the records are only on file for 4 years and then sent to an archive, that requires 3 weeks notice to retrieve an acrhived record.

For me it was the opposite.. I disputed as NOT MINE and they updated the judgement to say "Paid/Settled". I just disputed it again as NOT ACCURATE..

How old was your judgement Hal?
